Call It What It Is! Rally at Tacoma Cages ([link removed])
August 24 @ the Tacoma Cages
Over the past few weeks, the Northwest Detention Center has been renamed... twice! In mid-July, we went down to NWDC to find that the facility had been renamed "Tacoma ICE Processing Center." The City of Tacoma must be really eager to disassociate itself from this place, because just two weeks later we returned to find a sign reading "Northwest ICE Processing Center."

No matter what they call it, we'll continue to call this place out for what it is. It's a prison - human cages! And we'll continue to pressure the City of Tacoma to take concrete action to shut this place down rather than evading responsibility by disassociating from it.

Join us to hear from Resistencia organizers, take a walking tour of the outside of the facility, and write letters to public officials.

** Write for the Hellhole: Join the Communications Working Group
