You are invited to join us for the upcoming webinar, ‘The Impact of Immigration Threat on Educators’ Work and Well-Being in Schools: Insights from Educators’. TODAY at 7 p.m. EST, our esteemed panel will share learnings and research derived from educators during the first Trump administration:
* Understanding the ways restrictive immigration policy changes can affect educators’ work and well-being.
* Knowledge about the school-based supports that are especially important for educators in a charged immigration climate.
* Information about recent changes to immigration law and policy under the current Trump administration and how these changes may be impacting students and educators.
* How existing student data privacy law under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects all students, including students from immigrant and mixed status families.
* Examples of thinking and relational strategies to support community mental health during times of uncertainty.
