Democrats Hijacked California’s Budget Process

-Hold a few staged “public” hearings with limited debate.

-Quietly cut shady, backroom deals between Gavin Newsom, Democrat leadership, and special interests.

-Drop the final budget at the last minute—stuffed with billions in hidden spending and extremist policies that were NEVER discussed.

-Then, when it’s time to vote, every Democrat falls in line, loyal foot soldiers for King Newsom, passing the budget without knowing what’s actually in it.

This isn’t just bad governance—it’s a full-scale assault on democracy.

One horrifying example: In 2021, Democrats snuck in a policy to release violent sex offenders early from prison. They knew the public would be outraged, so they buried it in the budget in the dead of night.

That’s using taxpayer dollars to push a dangerous, pro-criminal agenda—without transparency, without the public’s consent, and without shame.
