James, the race to
decide control of the Wisconsin Supreme Court is TIED according to a
recent poll. Musk-backed groups are spending $10 million to push the
right-winger in the race to victory because Elon Musk wants CONTROL of our
elections.

But while Musk “flexes” his money, Bernie Sanders and Our Revolution are
fighting back for our democracy. Bernie visited Wisconsin on his Fight
Oligarchy tour and we’re ramping up our voter outreach to ensure
progressives get out to vote for Susan Crawford by April 1st.
Early voting is already underway. Our phone banks and texting program are
reaching 60,000 voters across the state, but we can only keep our
operation running with your continued support. We need to raise $14,927

The current liberal majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court has protected
free and fair elections and voting rights in the state. As in every
battleground state, election laws in Wisconsin could decide the next
congressional and presidential elections — it's a big reason why Musk
wants to flip the court to conservative control and steal this seat from
the people.
Musk also has personal interests in this race. Musk’s Tesla sued the state
of Wisconsin earlier this year in an effort to expand its corporate reach
and consolidate control over the EV market — and the case could end up at
the WI Supreme Court.

Musk wants to buy influence everywhere he can, including on the highest
court in Wisconsin, so that he can grow his power AND his $400 billion
fortune.
