The men that Donald Trump and Republicans are deporting – even while federal judges order them to stop – have NOT been found guilty of any crime.

No court has found them guilty; a jury of their peers has not heard their case.

Yet, Trump and the GOP are defying the justice system, and perhaps the Constitution, to send hundreds of people to prison thousands of miles away from their homes and their families.

This is reminiscent of the internment of Japanese-Americans, the lives crushed during the red scare: a vindictive, cruel policy based purely on bias and bigotry.
