We are working every day to provide help and hope through
crucial research efforts and care and support resources. We're here
not just for people personally impacted by the disease but also for
anyone interested in maintaining their brain health as they age.

It's never too early or too late to take steps to promote your
brain health. The Alzheimer's Association has identified 10 Healthy
Habits for Your Brain - science-backed habits that may lower the
risk of cognitive decline and possibly developing Alzheimer's disease
or another dementia. You can make a difference in your brain health
with positive, everyday actions, such as:

* Get moving: Engage in regular exercise.
* Eat right: Eating healthier foods can help reduce your risk of
cognitive decline.
* Sleep well: Good quality sleep is important for brain health.
* Challenge your mind: Putting your brain to work may have short-
and long-term benefits for your brain.

When Alzheimer's Association volunteer and former caregiver
Julie first came to the Association, she learned how she could care
for herself, both as a caregiver and a person who wanted to protect
her brain health.

"One thing I learned is how important it is to take care of
your brain health, especially for caregivers who are experiencing
increased stress and taking on so many new responsibilities.
Educational programs taught me healthy habits that could lower the
risk of Alzheimer's, and I've made it a goal to incorporate these
habits into my daily life."

Giving people the tools they need to make a difference in
their brain health is part of our mission to lead the way to end
Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global
research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing
quality care and support. Help us further this mission with your first
gift right now that can go 2X as far.

Our $50,000 2X Bonus Match Challenge is possible thanks to a
generous donor who wishes to remain anonymous. They've pledged a
$50,000 gift to the Alzheimer's Association in support of the
Alzheimer's Network for Treatment and Diagnostics (ALZ-NET) - if
we can raise that same amount by March 18 at MIDNIGHT.

This is a fight for our health, our lives and our future.
That's why I'm urging you to take advantage of this limited-time
opportunity before it ends.?
