CALM Ambassador news | Our work with Spotify, Nintendo and Carling | What it means to be a mate | Loads more

** We're here, no matter what
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
We're over two months into lockdown, and we know people all over the UK are finding things difficult. In fact, 43% of you feel the pandemic and UK lockdown has had a negative impact on how you feel every day.
[link removed], we lied. It is a quiz. But it's not hosted by your Aunty Linda and we promise there won't be a round on tea cosies through the eras. Join us and the Topshop/Topman gang at 6pm this Wednesday for a quiz like no other. Guests include Pixie Lott, Asim Chaudry, and Bradley Simmonds - and the whole shebang is hosted by Roman Kemp. Tickets are £2 and all proceeds go to supporting CALM's life-saving services.

#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is over, but at CALM we believe in looking after our mental wellbeing all year round. That's why we worked with a whole host of ace partners, including Spotify, Carling and Nintendo, to create some proper good ways to do just that.

Singer, producer and creator of one of the Hottest Records In the World, Arlo Parks joined #TeamCALM after an immense performance on CALM's Lock In.

And after absolutely smashing the CALM Comedy Club ([link removed]) over on Twitter last month, comedian and all-round great guy Russell Kane is the latest to join the Campaign Against Living Miserably.
