The U.S. Senate is playing a dangerous game by continuing to confirm Trump’s unqualified, extremist nominees to cabinet positions—and with each vote, women’s healthcare, safety, and economic security become more dire.
From a Secretary of Defense with a history of misogyny and sexual harassment to a Secretary of Health and Human Services who denounces lifesaving vaccines to an Attorney General who’s signaled support for further restricting reproductive care, women are in the crosshairs of this administration’s agenda.
And it’s all because senators are rolling over for the White House.
