Survey about reimbursement for overtime [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Direct support workers who provide personal care services, including personal care assistance (PCA), Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) and waiver services
* *Survey opens:* March 11, 2025
* *Survey deadline:* March 28, 2025
* *Summary:* DHS requests feedback about the possible impact if DHS allowed provider agencies to receive reimbursement for worker wages for overtime hours.

 

Culture of Safety, Systemic Critical Incident Review: Annual public report posted [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Service providers, lead agency staff, people who receive services and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS posted the 2024 Culture of Safety, Systemic Critical Incident Review: Annual public report, which includes data from calendar year 2023.

* *Audience:* Home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver case managers, case management supervisors/managers and lead agency (i.e., county and tribal nation) leadership
* *Survey opens:* March 11, 2025
* *Survey deadline:* March 25, 2025
* *Summary:* DHS seeks information to better understand the availability, accessibility and quality of ICS services in Minnesota.

 

Publication of CL setting list [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Lead agency staff and CL providers
* *Summary:* DHS published a list of all HCBS settings actively licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as an assisted living facility and enrolled with DHS to deliver CL services. This list is a resource for authorizing CL services through the Brain Injury (BI) and Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) waivers.

* *Audience:* People who support adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, lead agencies, providers, mental health services providers, people who work within positive supports and other interested parties

* *Summary:* DHS and the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration (ICI) are pleased to announce the first annual Great Minnesota Regional Positive Support Get-Together on Monday, June 23, 2025.
