Nebraska Department of Revenue

The Nebraska Department of Revenue has updated forms 7004N [ [link removed] ], PTET-E [ [link removed] ], and PTET-ER [ [link removed] ] to allow filing of the forms with the associated income tax return. This does not change any filing or payment due dates. The Frequently Asked Questions on the Pass-Through Entity Tax (PTET) [ [link removed] ] have also been updated in accordance with the revised Form PTET-E and PTET-ER.
