The Nebraska Department of Revenue has updated forms 7004N, PTET-E, and PTET-ER to allow filing of the forms with the associated income tax return. This does not change any filing or payment due dates. The Frequently Asked Questions on the Pass-Through Entity Tax (PTET) have also been updated in accordance with the revised Form PTET-E and PTET-ER.
