Trump’s latest attack on clean energy is as corrupt as it gets, John.

He’s trying to defund a program that’s lowering energy costs, creating good-paying jobs, and cleaning up our air — all because it dares to invest in low income and disadvantaged communities.

You may not have heard of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund before – so let’s take a look at what this means. The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund is a $27 billion initiative helping families and small businesses:

* Lower utility bills t hrough financing home energy efficiency upgrades at scale
* Be self-sufficient, enhancing U.S. energy independence
* Improve air quality and climate resiliency, contributing to a better quality of life

Trump and his allies are pushing bogus claims of “mismanagement” to illegally claw back $27 billion in funding. We have to take a stand for underserved and underrepresented communities that are the most vulnerable to climate change. Will you chip in $25, or even $15, to help SEEC members fight back against this reckless move? [[link removed]]

In fact, when Washington’s top prosecutor Denise Cheung was ordered by the Trump administration to investigate the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, she resigned rather than go against what’s right.

Let’s be clear, John: this isn’t about oversight. It’s about sabotaging progress and keeping low-income communities from accessing the clean energy future they deserve.

SEEC Members are working to protect these critical investments and respond to this egregious attack, but we need your help to fight back. Will you chip in now to stand with climate champions and stop Trump’s attack on clean energy? [[link removed]]
