Many federal workers have recently been fired or pressured to resign, and they need legal support. Get involved with We The Action’s new Public Service Legal Response Center ([link removed]) so that you are ready to help federal workers when opportunities arise.
We’re hosting a virtual training session ([link removed]) on Wednesday, March 12 at 3PM ET that will prepare you to represent federal employees. We hope you’ll be able to join us.

This virtual training session will discuss probationary or trial period terminations, reductions in force, appeal rights, prohibited personnel practices, MSPB processes, OSC processes, union contract grievance processes, election of remedies, grievance, and additional resources for research.
