Many federal workers have recently been fired or pressured to resign, and they need legal support. Get involved with We The Action’s new Public Service Legal Response Center so that you are ready to help federal workers when opportunities arise.

We’re hosting a virtual training session on Wednesday, March 12 at 3PM ET that will prepare you to represent federal employees. We hope you’ll be able to join us.

In the meantime, here are a handful of recently added projects that you can support today:

	6–10 HOURS Public Service Legal Response Center We The Action Lawyers could provide a variety of types of assistance to public servants, from intakes and general guidance to direct representation in appeals or legal proceedings. This is a remote project.
	Wednesday, March 12 at 3pm ET Virtual Training: Representing Federal Employees We The Action This virtual training session will discuss probationary or trial period terminations, reductions in force, appeal rights, prohibited personnel practices, MSPB processes, OSC processes, union contract grievance processes, election of remedies, grievance, and additional resources for research.
	1–5 HOURS Join the Attorney Solidarity Network Transgender Law Center Get connected with opportunities to advance and defense trans rights. This is a remote project.
	1–5 HOURS Review International Consultant Agreement for Legal Protection Cure ADSSL1 Review a consultant agreement to ensure it provides legal protection. This is a remote project, and corporate or transactional legal expertise is preferred.
