John – Elon Musk, Donald Trump, and Republicans are gutting federal agencies to make us believe that we don’t deserve a government that works for us.

The Department of Energy, which oversees the operation of nuclear facilities - gutted.

The Department of Education, which protects kid’s equal access to learning - gutted.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, who looks out for people, not big banks - gutted.

The list goes on and on.

These mass layoffs and funding cuts are arbitrary and dangerous – and are putting people’s lives at risk. The consequences will be felt for years to come.

The destruction is the point.

But here’s the thing: we have the power to organize, speak up, and fight back against Trump’s auctioning off of our health and public safety. It starts and ends with elections.

We have an opportunity to take back our power in 2025 and 2026 - from special elections to governors’ seats. It is critical that we are ready to win big. Speak Up PAC is already laying the groundwork for a midterm push to check the powers of Trump and Musk.
