Hi John ,
Welcome to the latest New Pennsylvania Project newsletter!

We often see local, municipal and judicial elections receive less turnout than general elections, but their impact can be felt within our everyday lives. Your local elections can affect issues like a pothole on your commute getting fixed, or how resources are delegated to local parks and schools.

Local, municipal and judicial elections are also the last line of defense against attacks on our rights from the White House. Since returning to the White House, President Donald Trump has faced numerous legal challenges over his executive orders, including ending birthright citizenship, freezing government funding, and reducing the federal workforce.

When Pennsylvanians voice their vote in judicial elections, they help shape the courts that make decisions about these issues. These decisions impact our lives for years to come.
When we empower our communities to vote in all elections, we are helping shape a better future.
