John, as Secretary of Education under President Biden, Miguel Cardona fought tirelessly for safer schools – ones free from the threat of gun violence.
Under his leadership, Sec. Cardona showed strong opposition to arming teachers and advocated for sharing information on proper gun storage – and his administration fought for common-sense gun safety laws.
