His administration just took an outrageous step to fast-track hundreds of dangerous fossil fuel projects—pipelines, power plants, and oil and gas terminals —under the guise of a phony “energy emergency.”

With a single executive order, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has gutted environmental oversight and paved the way for polluters to steamroll our communities and planet. Under this scheme, pipelines threatening our waterways, deepwater crude terminals off the Gulf Coast, and hazardous drilling projects in fragile ecosystems could all move forward with minimal public input or environmental review.
