FPC just filed a BRAND-NEW federal lawsuit targeting Massachusetts’ unconstitutional ban preventing adults under 21 from exercising their fundamental rights.
Escher v. Noble <[link removed]>specifically challenges the Commonwealth’s ban that prevents 18-20-year-old adults from acquiring, possessing, or carrying handguns and semiautomatic firearms.
This issue is RED HOT. Governments are denying legal adults their constitutional rights on the basis of age alone.
