Friend --
FPC just filed a BRAND-NEW federal
lawsuit targeting Massachusetts’ unconstitutional ban preventing
adults under 21 from exercising their fundamental rights.
Escher v. Noble specifically challenges the Commonwealth’s
ban that prevents 18-20-year-old adults from acquiring, possessing, or
carrying handguns and semiautomatic firearms.
This issue is RED HOT. Governments are denying legal adults
their constitutional rights on the basis of age alone.
As you know, FPC has recently sued
tyrants over this very issue in multiple cases, including our
Minnesota 18-20 carry case Worth v. Jacobson -
which we’re petitioning to SCOTUS.
The Supreme Court just extended our deadline in
Worth to March 10th, but
this FPC case still needs your support. You can help us take
Worth to SCOTUS by donating
HERE.
But now members of Congress have
filed legislation that would impose a FEDERAL BAN on legal adults
purchasing “certain firearms.”
The battle lines are being drawn
more clearly than ever, and that’s why it’s SO IMPORTANT that you
support rights-saving litigation like our latest lawsuit
Escher.

Support this critically-important work RIGHT NOW by making
a contribution of $50, $25, or perhaps even just $15.
If you donate BEFORE MIDNIGHT, you
will automatically be entered to WIN an FN Five-seveN as a thank you
for your support!
Your donation TODAY is critical to
meeting multiple deadlines this month, several of which are just HOURS
AWAY, including:
- Feb. 26th -
Novotny v. Moore
(MD location carry
bans)
- Feb. 26th - Shaffer v. Quattrone (NY non-resident carry)
- Feb. 28th - Cheeseman v. Platkin (NJ “assault weapons” ban”
Don’t
delay. Help FPC kick more tyrant a** by supporting our pro-2A lawsuits
and be entered to WIN the 5-7 before it’s too late!
