Michigan – The state Court of Appeals approved an order blocking an emergency ban on flavored e-cigarettes, finding that the state had not shown that there was a health emergency justifying the ban. The decision means the state’s emergency order remains unenforceable, for now, as litigation over its validity proceeds.
