Budget dollar [ [link removed] ]

Under 10 percent goes to the county services with just over 10 percent designated for roads; about 30 percent for state education; 30 percent for local schools; 15 percent for fire districts; and about 5 pecent for other services. Review of county's 2025 budget focus of Kingston community meeting Feb. 12
Kingston-area residents and others in North Kitsap are invited to the next meeting of the Kingston Community Advisory Council on Wednesday, Feb. 12 for a discussion focused on Kitsap County's 2025 budget. [ [link removed] ] Staff from the county's Administrative Services Budget Office will provide an overview and there will be time for questions.
The KCAC meeting takes place 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Village Green Community Center, 26159 Dulay Road NE [ [link removed] ]. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend! There will also be committee reports, announcements about community events and activities, and opportunities for public comment.
