Under 10 percent goes to the county services with just over 10 percent designated for roads; about 30 percent for state education; 30 percent for local schools; 15 percent for fire districts; and about 5 pecent for other services. Review of county's 2025 budget focus of Kingston community meeting Feb. 12
Kingston-area residents and others in North Kitsap are invited to the next meeting of the Kingston Community Advisory Council on Wednesday, Feb. 12 for a discussion focused on Kitsap County's 2025 budget. Staff from the county's Administrative Services Budget Office will provide an overview and there will be time for questions.
The KCAC meeting takes place 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Village Green Community Center, 26159 Dulay Road NE. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend! There will also be committee reports, announcements about community events and activities, and opportunities for public comment.

The Kingston Community Advisory Council holds public monthly meetings to provide a discussion forum and enhance communication between Kingston-area residents, businesses and Kitsap County government.
