John,
Last week Rep. Jerry Nadler sent out a fundraising email claiming that his ‘grassroots campaign’ doesn’t ‘rely on special interests.’
He also said he opposes the ‘desires of billionaires, big corporations, and their lobbyists.’
These statements are misleading at best. The fact is, Rep. Nadler has taken money from the very corporations he is supposed to be regulating.
Lindsey has never taken any corporate PAC money. Chip in here to join the thousands of other individuals who have supported this campaign. [[link removed]]

Rep. Nadler has been campaigning on his leadership over the antitrust investigations into big tech, yet over the last year, his filing shows he’s taken almost $20k from internet companies, $30k from telecom, and Sheryl Sandberg is one of his donors. 1 While this is surprisingly not illegal, it is certainly a conflict of interest given the ‘special interests’ of these companies in an antitrust ruling that Rep. Nadler may preside over.
If you agree your representative should not take money from corporations they regulate, support Lindsey today. [[link removed]]
As recently as September of 2019, Rep. Nadler had taken almost $200K in PAC money from corporations that are the largest transporters of coal, have violated the EPA, and have funded climate denial groups. 2 He took these donations when he served as a member of the Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials, which had jurisdiction over the transportation of hazardous materials.
Once again, it's laughable that Rep. Nadler 'opposes the desires' of special interests. He’s never sponsored a climate bill in his entire career, even though this district has miles and miles of coastline that will be directly affected if we don't take immediate action on climate change.
Donate to support the campaign that’s been fighting for a Green New Deal since day one. [[link removed]]
We are proud of the fact that our campaign is made up of individual contributions. Half of our contributions come from women, many of whom are moms who are still waiting for their companies to offer Paid Family Leave, can’t find reliable childcare, and don’t get paid equally to their male counterparts — especially after they’ve had babies. Do you think these would still be issues if we had more women in office?
Your support has meant everything to us. We have 4 weeks left to show the establishment what grassroots really means. Join our thousands of individual supporters:
