* *Audience:* People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.

* *Audience:* Lead agency staff and other interested parties
* *Effective date:* Feb. 1, 2025
* *Summary:* CMS approved a five-year extension to the Section 1115 demonstration for the AC program, effective Feb. 1, 2025, through Jan. 31, 2030.

 

Transitional services available under AC [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Lead agency staff and other interested parties
* *Effective date:* March 1, 2025
* *Summary:* Effective March 1, 2025, DHS will allow lead agencies to add transitional services to AC support plans and service agreements.
