Property Assessment

The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has posted the 2025 Nebraska Homestead Exemption news release [ [link removed] ] to the website. Homestead exemption information and forms are available on the Property Assessment Division website [ [link removed] ]. 

Homestead exemption applications for the 2025 application year may start being submitted to county assessors today, February 3rd. Applications must be submitted on or before June 30, 2025.
