The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has posted the 2025 Nebraska Homestead Exemption news release to the website. Homestead exemption information and forms are available on the Property Assessment Division website.
Homestead exemption applications for the 2025 application year may start being submitted to county assessors today, February 3rd. Applications must be submitted on or before June 30, 2025.
