You may remember the case <em>J.A. v. Luna</em>. It has been a while since =
Harmeet first emailed you about this case so I'll very briefly summarize wh=
at happened.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
In this case, a public school in the San Diego area falsely accused a middl=
e school boy of wearing "blackface" after the boy wore eye grease, under hi=
s eyes, to a high school football game to support his home team. Anyone who=
has been to a football game would know that athletes wear grease under the=
ir eyes all the time. There is nothing racist about that.</p><p style=3D"ma=
rgin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
But there is a cottage industry right now in education falsely accusing inn=
ocent kids -- usually white kids -- of "hate speech" over innocuous express=
ion. It is D.E.I. on steroids and kids like our client, J.A., find themselv=
es in the crosshairs.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">J.A.'s sc=
hool suspended him, recorded a "hate incident" on his permanent record, and=
banned him from future sporting events -- all because he put grease under =
his eyes.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
But thanks to your generous support, our team of litigators took a stand fo=
r J.A. and sued his principal and other school officials for violating J.A.=
's due process rights=E2=80=A6and we won! The school settled the case. As a=
result, J.A.'s student record has been wiped clean of the suspension and b=
aseless hate crime allegations.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px"=
>Unfortunately, that brings me to the bad news: </p><p style=3D"margin=
:0;margin-bottom:16px">
<strong>Also, this week, our judge denied our motion for preliminary injunc=
tion in <em>Doe v. Weiser</em>.</strong></p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bot=
tom:16px">You'll recall School District 27J, outside Denver, Colorado, prov=
ided our client's child with remote therapy sessions from a transgender the=
rapist who counsels children toward gender transition.</p><p style=3D"margi=
n:0;margin-bottom:16px">No, Mom and Dad were not aware.</p><p style=3D"marg=
in:0;margin-bottom:16px">
In fact, the school went to great lengths to keep the counseling a secret!<=
/p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">However, the child's mental hea=
lth deteriorated so badly the school guidance counselor felt the need to ca=
ll home. But=E2=80=A6</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px"><strong>T=
he guidance counselor intentionally deceived the parents by carefully using=
the child=E2=80=99s real name and correct pronouns instead of the "chosen"=
name and pronouns used by the school.</strong></p><p=20
style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">Worse, the guidance counselor failed =
to mention the likely source of the child's mental health crisis -- the "so=
cial transition" taking place at school.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bot=
tom:16px">Now our attorneys are working quickly to file an appeal to get th=
is unconstitutional policy off the books and hold these activist educators =
accountable.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">

appeal, but that's going to cost at least $75,000 -- and we urgently need =

case!</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
You may remember the case <em>J.A. v. Luna</em>. It has been a while since =
Harmeet first emailed you about this case so I'll very briefly summarize wh=
at happened.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
In this case, a public school in the San Diego area falsely accused a middl=
e school boy of wearing "blackface" after the boy wore eye grease, under hi=
s eyes, to a high school football game to support his home team. Anyone who=
has been to a football game would know that athletes wear grease under the=
ir eyes all the time. There is nothing racist about that.</p><p style=3D"ma=
rgin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
But there is a cottage industry right now in education falsely accusing inn=
ocent kids -- usually white kids -- of "hate speech" over innocuous express=
ion. It is D.E.I. on steroids and kids like our client, J.A., find themselv=
es in the crosshairs.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">J.A.'s sc=
hool suspended him, recorded a "hate incident" on his permanent record, and=
banned him from future sporting events -- all because he put grease under =
his eyes.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">
But thanks to your generous support, our team of litigators took a stand fo=
r J.A. and sued his principal and other school officials for violating J.A.=
's due process rights=E2=80=A6and we won! The school settled the case. As a=
result, J.A.'s student record has been wiped clean of the suspension and b=
aseless hate crime allegations.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px"=
>Unfortunately, that brings me to the bad news: </p><p style=3D"margin=
:0;margin-bottom:16px">
<strong>Also, this week, our judge denied our motion for preliminary injunc=
tion in <em>Doe v. Weiser</em>.</strong></p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bot=
tom:16px">You'll recall School District 27J, outside Denver, Colorado, prov=
ided our client's child with remote therapy sessions from a transgender the=
rapist who counsels children toward gender transition.</p><p style=3D"margi=
n:0;margin-bottom:16px">No, Mom and Dad were not aware.</p><p style=3D"marg=
in:0;margin-bottom:16px">
In fact, the school went to great lengths to keep the counseling a secret!<=
/p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">However, the child's mental hea=
lth deteriorated so badly the school guidance counselor felt the need to ca=
ll home. But=E2=80=A6</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px"><strong>T=
he guidance counselor intentionally deceived the parents by carefully using=
the child=E2=80=99s real name and correct pronouns instead of the "chosen"=
name and pronouns used by the school.</strong></p><p=20
style=3D"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px">Worse, the guidance counselor failed =
to mention the likely source of the child's mental health crisis -- the "so=
cial transition" taking place at school.</p><p style=3D"margin:0;margin-bot=
tom:16px">Now our attorneys are working quickly to file an appeal to get th=
is unconstitutional policy off the books and hold these activist educators =
