The Trump-Vance administration has moved to reinstate the global gag rule by executive action, which will cut off funding for organizations around the world if they provide, counsel, refer, or advocate for abortion in their country -- even if NO U.S. funds support these activities. It's a policy that will silence doctors and block people from care, with deadly consequences.

The only good news here is that we have the power to reverse this order. A bipartisan coalition in Congress is introducing legislation that would protect funding for health organizations and permanently repeal the global gag rule.
