that school breakfast has made on their students' academic

It matters that students eat breakfast in the morning. We can make

Jenkins-Sutton from Educare Network - who are partnering with No
Kid Hungry to elevate the voices of parent leaders and increase public
awareness about the challenges of hunger.

I work with parents at Educare DC to get them engaged in advocacy
opportunities, become more engaged politically and leverage their
voices. The expectation of the parents is that they will walk away
with leadership skills, development skills, and they'll be able to
advocate for themselves, their children and policies that impact their
daily lives.

compassionate people like Michael and Kwini Reed - restaurant
owners who go above and beyond in their community to help kids and
parents facing hunger.

like to take it even further; we want to start with the child, but we
also want to make sure the parents are fed, because you can't parent
really well if you're hungry. And then we love everyone from No Kid
