On Monday, Trump was sworn in as President of the United States—and he wasted no time launching attacks on our rights. His executive orders already include unconstitutional attempts to strip certain babies born in the U.S. of their citizenship and redefine gender to biological sex, erasing protections for trans and nonbinary people.

The ACLU has already teamed up with immigrant rights advocates to sue the Trump administration over its attack on birthright citizenship.
