Mussels
Mussels are a vital contributor to ocean health and seafood sustainability. A single mussel can clean and filter up to 40 gallons of water a day, and the cultivation of mussels requires no feed, fertilizers, or additional water. So you can enjoy a much more dinner knowing what a great choice they are for you, your family, and our ocean health!

In addition, just three ounces of mussels provide 40% of the daily protein needed by the average person! Mussels also have a high amount of iron which is good for the production of red blood cells and preventing anemia.

Dungeness Crab
It's often affectionately called "Dungies," which are highly valued for their sweet, tender meat and are known for yielding a significant amount of crab meat per catch. Their flavor is delightful, making them a favorite among seafood enthusiasts.

You can pair it with melted butter, lemon, and a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning to enhance the natural flavors. Whether enjoyed at a seafood feast or as a simple home-cooked dish, the effort invested in preparing and enjoying these exquisite crabs is well worth it, as they offer a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Black Cod
It is also known as sablefish, and is packed with healthy oils that protect it from overcooking and keep the fish incredibly moist making it practically foolproof to prepare! Its rich, silky texture pairs beautifully with bold flavors, making it perfect for baking, roasting, or grilling.

For baking, marinate the fish in a mixture of miso, soy sauce, and a touch of honey for a savory-sweet glaze, then bake until flaky and tender. If roasting, coat it with a spice rub of smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a dash of cayenne for a smoky, aromatic crust.

ORDERS: Use the Real Good Fish website to view featured items in the flash sale for this week and place your order. Sale closes at 10am PST Friday morning. If you are outside of the Western states please contact us and we can upgrade the shipping to overnight for an additional fee, or can send the product to arrive after the weekend.

DELIVERY: All deliveries will be sent to the address you choose in checkout. This can be the address you use for your general Real Good Fish deliveries or an alternative shipping address. Deliveries will be made on Friday or Saturday to your door, depending when the order is placed.

SHIPPING: Enjoy free shipping on any orders over $100. For any orders less than $100, there will be a $35 shipping charge added to the final total. Delivery is available nationwide but any locations outside of CA, NV, UT, AZ, WA, OR, or ID will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
