Under 10 percent goes to the county services with just over 10 percent designated for roads; about 30 percent for state education; 30 percent for local schools; 15 percent for fire districts; and about 5 pecent for other services. An overview of the county's 2025 budget at
Manchester community meeting Jan. 7

Kitsap residents are invited to attend the Jan. 7 meeting of the Manchester Community Advisory Council for a discussion focused on Kitsap County's _2025 budget. [ [link removed] ]_ Administrative Services Director Amber Dunwiddie and Financial Manager Kristofer Carlson provide an overview and there will be time for questions. The meeting takes place 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Manchester Library. _8067 E. Main Street [ [link removed] ]_. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

MCAC meetings are a great way to stay up to date on what's happening and find out how to get involved to help improve the community.
