This is a hard government deadline . The NIH is about to cripple 11 puppies in a lab. Read below to help them or unsubscribe
[[link removed]] .

Hi Taxpayer. By now, you know about the University of
Pennsylvania:

* 11 disabled dogs will be crippled and killed
[[link removed]] at UPenn
* NIH recently rammed through a payout to this lab
* Dog bones are dissected and collected — like trophies on a college
professor’s desk

You also know about White Coat Waste (WCW):

You Give. We Win. They Survive.

Now, I hope you’ll give me two minutes to convince you why that’s far more than
just a tagline. It’s our promise.

Step 1: You Give.

Email fundraising is effective. We’ve found that email appeals — especially during all-hands-on-deck
emergencies like the UPenn rapid response campaign
[[link removed]] — are the quickest way to raise the money required to shut down labs.

Nearly 80% of our work is funded by grassroots donors who give to fundraising
appeals like this:

[[link removed]] Here’s the actual email appeal we sent on March 22, 2017. That’s when our
investigators first needed your help to EXPOSE the Dept. of Veterans Affairs
(VA) dog lab in Richmond.

And this:

Here’s the actual email appeal I sent you six years ago. That’s when we launched
a rapid response campaign at the VA and needed your help to CLOSE its Richmond
dog lab.

Our average donation from these emails?

About $20.

Step 2: We Win.

But Taxpayer, your $20 goes a long way.

You see, the moment you give to these emails, we’re able to finance our
investigative research, media, advertising, litigation, and lobbying.

It’s how we pay for our winning campaigns.

Case in point: after you and WCW’s grassroots army donated to my email
fundraisers, this happened:

[[link removed]] This is ABC News’ headline from November 2, 2022. I love winning! It's why we
send so many emails.

Six-month-old puppies. Latex injected into their arteries. Tethered to a
treadmill. Forced to run in heart attack tests.

No anesthesia. No pain relief.

The Richmond lab at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs was the most painful dog
experimentation laboratory in the entire federal government…

And it was SHUT DOWN by our rapid response email campaign!

WCW is proud to be the only group to successfully close federal dog labs in
nearly 20 years. No other organization has closed any in decades.

Bottom line: WCW = White Coat WINS .

But ONLY when you chip in to our emails.

Step 3: They Survive.

Of course, winning is a means to an end: saving dogs, puppies, and other animals
abused in our government’s labs — the P.O.W.s or Prisoners of Waste!

[[link removed]] Here’s the actual email appeal I sent on March 30, 2018, when I needed your
help to RELEASE the VA survivors.

As you can see here, the VA planned to stick a needle in these hounds, kill
them, and incinerate them… like garbage.

So, I wrote an urgent email appeal. You stepped up.

Then, this happened:

[[link removed]] This is ABC News from August 30, 2021. You gave. Then, we made the VA RETIRE
survivors like Garnet.

Taxpayer, meet Garnet. She was once known as hound
#210332 at the VA’s treadmill and heart attack lab in Richmond.

Here’s the VA’s actual receipt for Garnet:

[[link removed]]

As you can see, she was purchased from the very same puppy mill that NIH shops at:

[[link removed]]

But because YOU gave money to our rapid response email fundraiser, WCW rescued
Garnet and the P.O.W.s and got them into loving homes… where they belong:

[[link removed]]

You Give. We Win. They Survive.

Taxpayer, as you can see, this isn’t a mere tagline. It’s
not just a bumper sticker slogan. And it’s not meaningless marketing.

It’s our PROMISE!

Let’s do it again for UPenn's 11 disabled dogs. Here’s your secure link:

P.S. Taxpayer, I really want to save UPenn’s 11 pups. Heck, I’d even adopt them myself! That’s why we recently sent you our emergency plan
[[link removed]] to give UPenn the WCW treatment. WCW is the only group fighting to save these
pups and the only group that’s successfully shut down U.S. government dog labs
in nearly a generation.

But right now, our fundraising is also way down. If you don’t give, then we don’t win. And if we don’t win… well, the deadline is TONIGHT . Please send help!
