The DC Primary Election is on Tuesday, June 2, and the deadline to request a mail ballot is Tuesday, May 26.

The June 2 Primary Election will be held with a limited number of in-person polling locations [[link removed]] , so voters are strongly encouraged to vote by mail. Every registered Washington, D.C. voter should have received an absentee ballot application [[link removed]] and a postage-paid return envelope via mail prior to the June 2 Primary Election, but there are also options to submit the form online [[link removed]] . If you're mailing your application, it must be postmarked by May 26.
Your completed absentee ballot must be postmarked no later than Election Day, June 2, and received no later than June 9 in order to be counted. It's more important than ever that we make our voices heard and participate in every election. Thank you for your commitment to our democracy!
