Hi John, The DC Primary Election is on Tuesday, June 2, and the deadline to request a mail ballot is Tuesday, May 26. Request your absentee ballot here! The June 2 Primary Election will be held with a limited number of in-person polling locations, so voters are strongly encouraged to vote by mail. Every registered Washington, D.C. voter should have received an absentee ballot application and a postage-paid return envelope via mail prior to the June 2 Primary Election, but there are also options to submit the form online. If you're mailing your application, it must be postmarked by May 26. Your completed absentee ballot must be postmarked no later than Election Day, June 2, and received no later than June 9 in order to be counted. It's more important than ever that we make our voices heard and participate in every election. Thank you for your commitment to our democracy! Melissa, Rock the Vote |
