### A Partnership for Safer, Stronger Communities

As the year winds down, I’m proud to share that we have just received a profound vote of confidence in our work: [the NFL has chosen the Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP) as one of its newest Inspire Change grant partners!]([link removed]) This partnership reflects the growing recognition that compassionate, community-driven solutions are key to creating safer, more vibrant communities.
This funding will help accelerate the critical expansion of our community responder program, which dispatches unarmed specialists to low-risk 911 calls, providing compassionate responses to crises involving mental health, addiction, homelessness, and more.
[While the grant officially begins next year, your support right now is critical.]([link removed]) Together, we’re already:
- Working with cities to bring community responder programs to more neighborhoods.
- Designing a national database to track and compare these programs.
- Developing a racial impact study to demonstrate how these programs reduce crime and arrest rates, particularly in communities of color.
