The universe is making it perfectly clear that we cannot go on as

Join me for a New Year's Home Retreat designed to meet you where
you are and support an ongoing home practice that will take you
into the new year with power, purpose and precision.

a radical and embodied inquiry into what’s holding us back and
what’s needed for us to step into our greatest potential. Set on
the idyllic coast of Mazunte, Mexico, our journey will be fueled
by movement, nourished by local cuisine, resourced by nature and
inspired by play. Through movement, meditation, radical
reflection, rest and recreation, we will unwind and release all
that we are carrying so that we can open up to all that we are
