This new year's portal feels particularly powerful as we are in a critical change moment personally and collectively. Holding space for what's needed and what's possible will requires a practice and process of detox and recovery that invites us to see in every direction: 

• hindsight: how we reflect back to with compassion and curiosity so that we can reconcile and recover the lost parts of ourselves,
• foresight: how we imagine beyond the limitations we've inherited from the history of separation, supremacy and scarcity and make room for MORE, 
• insight: how we get present and accountable to what is so that we can meet this moment with skill and compassion and grow

HOME RETREAT: 

Join me for a New Year's Home Retreat designed to meet you where you are and support an ongoing home practice that will take you into the new year with power, purpose and precision.

EMERGE is a virtual community of practice designed to support you in the transition into the New Year with power and precision. It is an invitation to go inward and reflect on how we got here and what it’s going to take to heal. Over the five days that lead us into the new year, we will support you with daily movement practices, provocative journaling prompts, visioning tools and resources and LIVE community calls with Kerri and community to support and workshop whatever is in the way of possibility. 

And the best part…you don’t have to leave home to retreat. This retreat is designed to meet you where you are in the comfort of your home and support an ongoing practice of healing and solidarity.

AWAY RETREAT: 

RESET 2025 retreat is a radical and embodied inquiry into what’s holding us back and what’s needed for us to step into our greatest potential. Set on the idyllic coast of Mazunte, Mexico, our journey will be fueled by movement, nourished by local cuisine, resourced by nature and inspired by play. Through movement, meditation, radical reflection, rest and recreation, we will unwind and release all that we are carrying so that we can open up to all that we are becoming. It will be a generous balance of practice and play as we reflect on where we are coming from and where we are going.
