Register HERE <[link removed]> Featured Speakers: Dan Esty is a professor of environmental policy and law at Yale and the author or editor of numerous books and articles on sustainability and environmental issues, including the recent (edited) volume, A BETTER PLANET: 40 BIG IDEAS FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. Dan has served in various leadership positions at the EPA under President George H.W. Bush and as head of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection from 2011-2014. There he led regulatory reform efforts and established the state's Green Bank, which shifted the model for clean energy finance from subsidies to private capital. Dave Banks serves as chief Republican strategist on the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on the Climate Crisis. Banks previously served as Special Assistant to President Trump for International Energy and Environment. He also served as Deputy Staff Director of the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, and as Senior Advisor on International Climate at the Council on Environmental Quality under President George W. Bush. Moderator: Jeff Kupfer is president of ConservAmerica. During the George W. Bush Administration, Jeff served as Acting Deputy Secretary and Chief of Staff for the Department of Energy, as well as a Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy.
