As we come
to the end of the year and closer to Inauguration Day, it’s clear
that the second Trump administration poses the gravest threat to
our environment that we’ve ever faced — so our work to stop it
begins NOW.
Please make a special year-end gift and
it will be matched, up to $750,000, doubling your impact to
defend against Trump’s dangerous Project 2025 agenda and protect
our environment on all fronts. ( [link removed] )
ACTION SPOTLIGHT
Help Stop the Trump Administration’s
Anti-Environment Agenda
The incoming Trump administration’s
Project 2025 agenda is a blueprint for environmental damage and
runaway climate disaster.
NRDC sued the Trump administration 163 times during Trump’s first
term and won victories in nearly 90% of resolved cases.
The next Trump administration could do even more damage — and
we’re ready to use our full legal muscle again. But it’s going to
take more to stop the administration’s environmental attacks.
Whether we succeed or fail at stopping
the Trump Project 2025 agenda rests in part on how many of us
come forward to fight back. Are you with us?

CAMPAIGN UPDATE
Getting Toxic Products off Dollar Store
Shelves
Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Family
Dollar — the top three U.S. discount chains — were aware for at
least eight years that products like cookware and toys in their
stores contain toxic chemicals, which are potentially linked to
cancer, reproductive harm, and learning disabilities.
While these stores claim to have restricted some chemicals, they
have failed to transparently report ongoing progress to date and
refused to work with suppliers to eliminate harmful chemicals
from all of the products on store shelves.
In general, dollar stores predominantly serve communities of
color and low-income communities that are already
disproportionately exposed to chemical hazards and health effects
linked to chemical exposures.
NRDC has partnered with the Campaign for Healthier Solutions to
help solve this nationwide problem — and you can help.
Join us and tell discount retailers to
eliminate toxic products from their shelves. ( [link removed] )
