Thanks to you, here’s what we’ve accomplished together so far:
25,000 social justice communicators across the nation received regular communication insights, messaging tools, and research findings developed by TOA throughout the year.
More than 5,200 activists, advocates, and artists received customized training on building effective, research-based narrative strategies for the 300 organizations they represent in the 22 states where they work. Our Narrative Research Lab monthly webinars also saw attendees from 10 different countries!
23 social justice leaders and artists from the South worked with TOA to conduct research, develop messaging, and launch custom campaigns to engage a range of BIPOC communities in New Orleans and Georgia into the civic process.
We presented our immigration research at 3 large conferences to nearly 1,900 attendees and distributed findings from our four-year long immigration focused narrative research project, with New York State-specific guidance to 200+ immigrant and refugee rights groups throughout NY.
