This year, thanks to your support, we have achieved significant milestones:

- We've hired the most diverse field staff in our 49-year history, especially in terms of race and age. As many of our mid- and top-level leadership began with us door-knocking, this bodes well for the future of our organization.



- We conducted outreach in 70 of Ohio's 88 counties, ensuring that voices from across the state are heard and represented.



- Our dedicated canvassers knocked on countless doors - over 344,000 during election season alone - having meaningful conversations and building connections with communities throughout Ohio.







It's important to remember that these achievements are a direct result of your generosity. As a non-profit organization, we are powered by our donors. Your contributions have made all the difference, enabling us to make a tangible impact on the lives of Ohioans and work towards a brighter future for our state.
