We've hired the most diverse field staff in our 49-year history, especially in terms of race and age. As many of our mid- and top-level leadership began with us door-knocking, this bodes well for the future of our organization.

We conducted outreach in 70 of Ohio's 88 counties, ensuring that voices from across the state are heard and represented.

Our dedicated canvassers knocked on countless doors - over 344,000 during election season alone - having meaningful conversations and building connections with communities throughout Ohio.

It's important to remember that these achievements are a direct result of your generosity. As a non-profit organization, we are powered by our donors.
