Commerce seeks public input on middle housing planning guidance
The Washington State Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on five draft housing planning guidance documents. These documents are intended to assist local communities in developing their own middle housing ordinances, regulations, and other official controls. Additionally, a webinar about the project is set for Dec. 5.
The draft documents include:
