UPDATE: Four crucial Biden judicial nominees will not get Senate votes
after all. Huffington Post reports this is part of a deal "cut by Senate
Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, independent Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (Ariz.)
and Joe Manchin (W.Va.), and some Republicans."

One of the nominees would have ended the conservative majority on a
powerful appellate court.

This unfortunate deal makes it even more imperative that the Senate do
everything possible – even if it is inconvenient for some senators – to
confirm DOZENS of federal judges and agency nominees while Democrats still
have time.

Before Trump is sworn in, that means doing everything possible to confirm
dozens of federal judges and nominees to agencies that cannot be removed
by Trump.
