is an internal, first-of-the-month snapshot of where all our active
lawsuits are in the judicial process.
And it shows that Judicial Watch is currently pursuing a stunning
total of 169 ACTIVE LAWSUITS on behalf of the rule of law and the
American people’s “right to know!”
This represents a 25% INCREASE over the 135 active lawsuits we were
carrying just one year ago!

Thanks to our members and supporters across America, no one in
Washington fights as effectively through the legal system and the
courts against corrupt politicians in both parties and in support of
