I just reviewed this month’s “Litigation Status Report,” which is an internal, first-of-the-month snapshot of where all our active lawsuits are in the judicial process.

And it shows that Judicial Watch is currently pursuing a stunning total of 169 active lawsuits on behalf of the rule of law and the American people’s “right to know!”

This represents a 25% increase over the 135 active lawsuits we were carrying just one year ago!
