and LGBTQ+ rights? If published in the Federal Register or placed in the
Constitution, the ERA would embed these protections into law, creating a
powerful defense against attacks on reproductive and personal freedoms.

Register, or Congress can take decisive action to enshrine it into the
Constitution. Both paths are critical, and we need your help to ensure
