Did you know that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) can safeguard abortion and LGBTQ+ rights? If published in the Federal Register or placed in the Constitution, the ERA would embed these protections into law, creating a powerful defense against attacks on reproductive and personal freedoms.

President Biden has the authority to publish the ERA in the Federal Register, or Congress can take decisive action to enshrine it into the Constitution. Both paths are critical, and we need your help to ensure this happens before the incoming Trump administration can escalate their attacks on our freedoms.
